blonde.

i think i might dye the strands a nice buttery yellow again, meh why not ?

boyzzz.

i get so frustrated when i talk to him, i just wish he would set aside some time to talk to me face to face. i just want to meet someone that will make me feel somewhat even close to how i used to feel. someone who makes me want to learn things and make things. someone who has something to share, but also doesn't make it too easy - who keeps me guessing. maybe just anything to keep my mind off of him not wanting me.

i know as soon as i start at Noted things will begin to look up - i wont sit here all day and regret the past two years/

the effin heart on my wrist just like his is a constant reminder - ugggh.

prints.

cruising the interweb this morning, i found dutch artist pietari posti. his prints are very accessible but with a somber undertone. commissions for publications such as NYtimes, NYmagazine, SEED, Dwell and Insound in addition to personal works are really very appealing.

on the right, a project for Whaleless and Greenpeace Italty - this one is my favorite out of the bunch.

below, a print from a NYtimes Science article about first year medical students facing death.

here, illustrations for NewScientist about three differing theories on the begining of our universe. these are the most abstract that posti has presented and they really stand out on their own.

lastly, some sketches from posti's online sketchbook;

these black and white sketches are great, i love how charming they are without being too cutesy or whimsical. the combinations from page to page make them assorted works that could stand on their own.
